Four years ago, Neus and Joan Albert took over the reins of the family-owned business that their grandfather Vicent Costa founded—growing produce intended for animal consumption back then.
The first sweet potatoes, beets, barley, wheat and potatoes were used to feed his cows and sheep, whose wonderful milk was made into unique cheeses. His laying farm still remains today, as well as the aroma of homemade bread permeating every nook and cranny of the house.
